Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland , Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic.

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €2.90 per order.

From an order value of €29.00 we deliver free of charge.
From an order value of €29.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

For deliveries abroad we charge a flat rate of 4.50 euros per order.

Free shipping from €49.00 order value.

From an order value of 49.00 € we deliver abroad free of charge.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction) .
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

More payment details

The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying on account.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
